Forest Bathing / Children's Nature Play Class

Come out to Middletown's beautiful parks and enjoy time reconnecting with nature by doing a mix of nature connection exercises, breathing techniques, and sit spot meditation, while kids 4+ can enjoy nature play and games. Families can also come only for the children's nature play activities.
