About the Event
Come help Everyone Outside prepare a new location at the Rockfall Forest for our children's programs. Masks are required for this event. We will teach you how to identify common invasive plants and you can enjoy removing them while chatting with other Everyone Outside friends and families. Older children who can use clippers may attend with a responsible adult. By removing the invasives the native plants and creatures can thrive. The Rockfall Forest is next to both Memorial School and Wadsworth Falls State Park (WFSP) in Middlefield. You may have been there and assumed it was part of WFSP. On the WFSP map, it is labled in the legend as Rockfall Corporation. This event is being organized by our partner, the Rockfall Foundation. Bring clippers and gloves if you have them; a limited supply will be available. Tick repellant suggested. Meet at 9:45 in the Big Falls parking lot, 25 Cherry Hill Rd. in Rockfall. Safety protocol for COVID-19 will be enforced. To ensure compliance, volunteers are required to pre-register. Please fill out this registration and waiver form here before arriving. Heavy rain cancels. Thank you for your help!
Please register and fill out the waiver on the Rockfall website to attend. Thank you!
Hope to see you some time soon!
