WoW Hike at Tyler Mill Preserve, Wallingford - 4/11

Join Women of the Woods (WoW) for a ~4-mile hike at the beautiful Tyler Mill Preserve in Wallingford. We will hike on a dramatic narrow rocky ridge and there will be a some short steep ups and downs.  The trail is very rocky in places and easy walking in others. Please wear hiking boots and bring a pack with an extra warm layer (for our sit spot), water, and a snack. If you like hiking poles,  I highly reccomend them for areas with loose rocks.

Women of the Woods (WoW) is a program of Everyone Outside and is open to all those who identify as female or gender nonbinary. In addition to walking, we will take the time to admire the beauty around us, learn a bit about the flora or fauna, do some exercises to connect with the natural world (mostly sitting quietly) and enjoy each other's company.
