WoW Sunset Hike, Mt Pisgah, Durham - 9-10-26

Join Women of the Woods for a ~2.5-mile hike at the beautiful Mt. Pisgah Preserve. We will hike a nice loop including having a picnic supper and watching the sunset from the summit of Mt Pisgah. We will hike down at dusk on an old road (~1/2-mile). There will be a few steep or rocky places on the hike up. This hike will be shorter and less challenging than the hike on Sunday, Sept 13.

We will meet ~4:45 on Pisgah Rd, so by 5:00pm we can start our 1/2 mile carpool to hike start location. Please wear sturdy hiking shoes, bring a pack with an extra layer, water, a sack dinner and a headlamp (or flashlight) for the hike down.
