WoW Hike - Wadsworth Falls State Park-2-28-26

Join Women of the Woods (WoW) for a ~2-3 mile winter hike at Wadsworth Falls State Park in Middletown/Middlefield. Wadsworth is often a good place to hike even if many trails in the area are snowy or icy. If it has been cold, we may be treated to some wonderful ice formations at the big and/or little falls. There will be a few ups and downs, but over half the hike will be on wide trails or old dirt roads.

Please wear sturdy hiking boots (or supportive winter boots) with good tread. Please bring a pack with warm water, an extra warm layer (for our sit spot) and a snack. You may want to bring hiking poles if you like the extra support and stability they provide, especially if the trail is icy in places.
