Finding Roots: A Wadsworth Challenge

Updated: Apr 6, 2020

Can you find these root creatures? They remind me of a turtle, an octopus and a wiggly worm. They are all at Wadsworth Falls State Park and easily visible from the most frequently traveled trails.

If you find them, leave us a note on the EO Facebook page or send Lucy an email.

If you found them, leave us a note on the EO Facebook page (See post with these photos) or send Lucy an email.

If you need some hints, see below. Have a great walk at Wadsworth Falls State Park!

If you keep your eyes and ears open, it is amazing what you can discover!

Share what you notice with a family member, friend or neighbor.

Scroll down for some hints:

Turtle: This is a harder one. See additional hint below wriggly worm photos if desired..

Octopus: think where there are streams on frequently traveled trails

Wiggly worm is located within a 1/4 mile of the octopus.

Can you see blazes on the trees in the distance?

The turtle is near the sign in photo below.

We hope you enjoyed the challenge of finding these root creatures.
